Registration

Please register for the meeting through the registration website（https://amarys-jtb.jp/alsa2019/）. The registration fee for early-bird registration (through August 31, 2019) is 21,600 yen for ALSA members (membership is by the year beginning in January); 33,600 yen for non-members, and 7,800 yen for students. The fee for regular registration (from September 1, 2019) is 27,600 yen for ALSA members, 39,600 yen for non-members, and 13,800 yen for students.

We strongly recommend that participants join the ALSA membership and register at the early-bird registration rate by August 31. The annual membership fee for ALSA is 3000 yen. To join ALSA, please refer to the ALSA website（http://alsa.sakura.ne.jp/index.html）.

Deadline for paper / session proposals

The deadline for paper / session proposals is Aug.15. Required 200 words. The maximum number of presentations per participant is two.

Language

The ALSA meeting will be conducted in English., but session proposal in Japanese is permitted in ALSA Osaka.

Call for discussants / chairs

Please let us know if you can volunteer as a discussant or chair at a panel for individual papers.

Student participation

The registration fee for students (graduate students) is discounted in order to encourage their participation. This is to provide emerging scholars an opportunity to make a presentation at an international conference, and to encourage them to develop an academic career with an international scope. Please encourage your advisees, etc. to participate in this meeting.
